In light of current security developments, Defence Minister Boris Pistorius will meet and confer with French Minister of the Armed Forces Sébastien Lecornu, British Defence Secretary John Healey, Polish Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Italian Undersecretary of State for Defence Isabella Rauti on 25 November in Berlin.

Verteidigungsminister Boris Pistorius und seine Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Frankreich, Großbritannien, Polen und Italien zeigen sich entschlossen, mehr Verantwortung für die Sicherheit und Verteidigung des euroatlantischen Raums zu übernehmen.
The talks will primarily focus on measures to strengthen European security and defence. Because even before the US elections, the European partners knew that Europe must assume greater responsibility for its own security – and Europe must become autonomous.
